For plus sizes, including ‘XL’ and above (bust size 40.5 inches and above), we charge an additional 10% to 20% on the retail product price, depending on the customization.
Does The Price Of The Product Change For A Customized Order?
The price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image displayed on our Site. However, in case customization is required such as size, color, sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. Can I Request For A Change In The Color Of The Product?
Yes, we can change the color of the product. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. Therefore, we provide you with a palette of color options. How Do I Know My Size?
We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically for your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.

What If I Want Any Changes/Cancellations Of An Existing Order?
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be canceled/exchanged, or refunded.
What Are The Shipping Charges?
The shipping charges for all shipping within India are free and are completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Are The Colors Of Products Shown On The Website Accurate?
All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

What Is The Time Frame For Receiving Orders?
Each and every product is specially curated for you, hand embroidered and sewn, and made to measure. Usually, the time frame will be anytime between 30 – 60 days, depending on the order and customizations if any. How Do I Get My Product Altered?
We generally keep a 4″ (4-inch) margin for all our custom-made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
How Do We Send The Order For Alterations?
If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order to our Studio at 601, Anand mangal-3, Nr. Ambawadi Municipal School, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. The store timings are IST 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Please note, that we do not pick up any alterations and the cost of delivering the product to us is to be taken care of by you.
