For plus sizes, ‘XL’ and above (bust size 40.5 inches and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the customization.

We generally keep a 4″ (4-inch) margin for all our custom-made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.

Yes, we can change the color of the product. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. Therefore, we provide you with a palette of color options. As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be canceled/exchanged, or refunded.

The shipping charges for all shipping within India are free and are completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

We try to make all our products available at your doorstep. We can have the orders shipped to your doorstep or at your convenience.
